When I originally opened Verdant EcoSpa, I always had it in mind that I wanted to provide an oasis of organic wellness products for you. Having had two parents get hit with an environmentally induced Cancer as a result of toxin exposure, I am passionately committed to the prospect that it is absolutely unnecessary to sacrifice health to benefit a beauty routine.  My experience as an esthetician, however, has shown me that most people I meet are doing just that, in that they are risking life and limb with daily exposure to products containing ingredients that in one way or another compromise a person’s health. Even though culturally we are making progress, reality is that most commercially available products contain ingredients that do things like disrupt hormones and the body’s natural protective barriers to achieve one improvement objective, all the while doing damage in the pursuit of said objective.  And, why do so many fall prey to this reality? Convenience and the fact that governing bodies like the FDA do not maintain the highest standards for what goes into products.  Blame the power of lobbies for that sad fact.

CUSTOMERS WITH VOUCHERS OR GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE PROHIBITED FROM SCHEDULING VIA ONLINE BOOKING

For a prepaid service, you must go through our spa scheduler to make an appointment. The spa scheduler can check appointment times for you between the hours of 9-6 Monday through Friday. Call 843.438.4221 or email verdant.scheduling@gmail.com with your appointment request. Failure to adhere to this procedure will result in charges equivalent to the regular price of your service being applied to your payment method on file, independent of if a prepaid voucher is provided.

For those scheduling without vouchers, bear in mind that our time is as valuable as yours is. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a weekday appointment. We require 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a Saturday appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within the respective 24 or 72 hour window preceding your appointment and do not provide any prior notice of your absence, you will be charged the full price of your missed service. Please take care to ensure you schedule properly and note your appointment in your records, as we do not assume liability for your missed appointment.

The aforementioned scheduling, attendance policies and procedures are strictly enforced.
