Return Policy

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

You may exchange any unopened product for a full refund less shipping charges within 14 days of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping charges to us for non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To complete your return, you must submit a request for a refund and include your receipt for the purchase to verdantecospa@gmail.com.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. Exchanges for damaged products will only be made re only for exact item purchased, unless the item is no longer available. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72hrs to verdantecospa@gmail.and . Your submission should include specific details and photos of product damage.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

CUSTOMERS WITH VOUCHERS OR GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE PROHIBITED FROM SCHEDULING VIA ONLINE BOOKING

For a prepaid service, you must go through our spa scheduler to make an appointment. The spa scheduler can check appointment times for you between the hours of 9-6 Monday through Friday. Call 843.438.4221 or email verdant.scheduling@gmail.com with your appointment request. Failure to adhere to this procedure will result in charges equivalent to the regular price of your service being applied to your payment method on file, independent of if a prepaid voucher is provided.

For those scheduling without vouchers, bear in mind that our time is as valuable as yours is. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a weekday appointment. We require 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a Saturday appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within the respective 24 or 72 hour window preceding your appointment and do not provide any prior notice of your absence, you will be charged the full price of your missed service. Please take care to ensure you schedule properly and note your appointment in your records, as we do not assume liability for your missed appointment.

The aforementioned scheduling, attendance policies and procedures are strictly enforced.
