For a prepaid service, you must go through our spa scheduler to make an appointment. The spa scheduler can check appointment times for you between the hours of 9-6 Monday through Friday. Failure to adhere to this procedure will result in charges equivalent to the regular price of your service being applied to your payment method on file, independent of if a prepaid voucher is provided.

For those scheduling without vouchers, bear in mind that our time is as valuable as yours is. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a weekday appointment. We require 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a Saturday appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within the respective 24 or 72 hour window preceding your appointment and do not provide any prior notice of your absence, you will be charged the full price of your missed service. Please take care to ensure you schedule properly and note your appointment in your records, as we do not assume liability for your missed appointment.
